My 7 year old chihuahua seems to have a stuffy nose, like when humans are so stuffed up theat the are having to breath through their mouth consistinaly. She is sort of groggy and i dont know if she could have got something , she had kennel cough vaccination and is up to date with all other shots.
Should i take her to the vet? Is there anything i can do? Should i be worried thank you!

Wait a few days from the time he started getting this cold. If he is not any better, I would take him to the vet right away.

yes it sounds like she has upper respitory infection. Thios can go into pneumonia.
You also have to watch when they get that congested they stop eating and in chihuahuas it can cause hypoglycemia ( low blood sugar) try to put honey about a teaspoon in a pint of water and give it to her as her drinking water.
I would strongly suggest getting her to the vets as soon as possible

yes take her to the vet & let them decide what is wrong with her.. best to be safe than sorry as you said could be a small virus cold she picked up..

i would take her to the vet.. maybe they will give her some antibiotics.
