Neosporin is great for healing wounds more quickly but I have never heard of it being used to clear skin. Different things work for different people.

Use a good facial scrub for deep cleaning. Toothpaste works well to clear up skin and is much less expensive than Neosporin.

I would only use Neosporin on my face if I overdried the skin on my face. It says on the label not to put on a large area, and make sure it's a THIN coat. It may clog your pores if you have oily skin.

You shouldnt use neosporin, is for cuts and wounds, and for pain relief. It also states to not spred over all over one area, it should be only put on the wound. Search yahoo answers for more tips on skin care.

I've used it and it works. I wouldn't use it as my main 'go to' product though. Depending on skin type, it might clog your pores. Invest in a good face wash or even see a dermatologist to help with any long term problems.

I love neosporin but I wouldn't put it on my entire face!
I use it on a big pimple that won't go away to help kill bacteria or minimize scarring. I also use it to help with razor burn.
Good Luck!

It works, well.
I was getting cystic acne on the side of my face, so I gave it a try.
The next day it was half gone!
Don't use it everyday though - it is meant for scrapes, not acne.
Good luck!
