What is your favorite recipe for home made whipped cream?

I don't have a recipe exactly, but I like to add a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar and a bit of vanilla. Also nice with a bit of sugar and some cocoa powder.

to buy heavy or whipping cream add sugar maybe some almond flavoring and whip with beaters to a whipped consistency
