Black Screen while loading The sims Complete collection?

I have to push the windows button to go back to my desktop and then click on the game tab again to see the load screen , then my computer crashes and restarts before it even finishes loading!!

Check the system requirements and make sure your computer has the requirements it needs to load that game.

To me, it sounds like a graphics card problem. I am betting that your computer has lower than required graphics card and its trying to load that game and it crashes out. Either that or your virtual memory is too low and you dont have that much
memory to load a game that big.

You need to check your systems configurations and make sure your system can handle such a big game.
