Did someone just say God was a human? Funny, I always thought "God is a Spirit" -John 4:24
Furthermore, the Bible shows that Jesus is subject to God.
"Therefore, in answer, Jesus went on to say to them: “Most truly I say to you, The Son cannot do a single thing of his own initiative" -John 5:19
"“Father, if you wish, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, let, not my will, but yours take place.” Then an angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him. -Luke 22:42, 43 (interesting: If Jesus were all powerful God why did he need to be strengthened? Also, who was Jesus praying to? Himself?)
"Although he was a Son, he learned obedience from the things he suffered" -Hebrews 5:8 (who is Jesus obedient to?)
Jesus is God's Son. Is that really that hard of a concept to understand? Jesus is God's firstborn son. Jesus is in no way, shape, or form God. When Jesus was baptized a voice from heaven said "This is my Son, the beloved, whom I have approved.” (Matthew 3:17) God loves Jesus, His son. Jesus referred to the Father as "my God" (John 20:17)
Religions have obsucured the fact that Jesus and God are two separate person (John 8:17, 18). Rather than worshipping God, Christendom has turned to worshipping God's son. The teaching of the Trinity blocks the way to understanding the nature of God. The Bible very simply states that 'God is one' (Deuteronomy 6:4; Zechariah 14:9; Mark 12:29). The Father is God. He is called the Father because he created all things and all persons, including his Son, Jesus. If Jesus were the originator of all persons, then he would be our father. However, as Jesus said, "one is your Father, the heavenly One" (Matthew 23:9)

This is a difficult subject, even for theologians. This is probably the best answer I could ever hope to give:
We have to think of Jesus in two different ways. Jesus is, and always has been, a "part" of God. In Heaven, we won't see Jesus walking around in his sandals, talking to a guy with a long white beard (the Father), hanging out with a shimmery, floating mist (the Holy Spirit). They are all the same.
However, the "part" of God that is Jesus entered human form and walked among us. That "part" was separated from the whole and lived on earth and experienced the crucifixion of the flesh that it embodied. Jesus, the man, is the Son of God because the life that he led, the flesh that Jesus inhabited, was formed inside Mary by God himself, without the genetic material of another human male. While Jesus was physically separated from God, and had a divine spirit, he was trapped in human flesh and therefore suffered the demands and torments of the flesh, which is why he had to pray to the Father to remain strong and resist temptation.
I hope that made some amount of sense. Its kinda hard to wrap your head around.

that's the one question that is the reason why i'll never be a christian.
i mean, there are some nice christians out there and all, but if that statement's true then is jesus a narcissist?
i mean is he worshipping himself and everone else does too?
i don't believe that though, i think he's just a prophet equal to all the others, even though they're really good, pious people. they're still equal!
peace!

Jesus is 100% God and 100% man - He was God incarnate. Remember that God is Spirit and Jesus embodied the Spirit of God. God is Elohim - a Triune God.
God - Father, Creator
Jesus Christ - Son of God, God incarnate, Savior
Holy Spirit (also God) - Comforter, resides within us at the moment of salvation.
This can be hard to see with fleshy eyes - but it is supernatural! I pray you find Truth dear one.

Jesus doesn't worship anyone, since he doesn't have anyone above him.
