Sounds like you need a good cut to get your split ends taken care of. Once you do that, then use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and do a hot oil treatment once a month or so. That should help.

Use a deep conditioning hair mask - Joico K-pak conditioner can be used daily & as a mask.

Here's a recipe for one: Shiny Soft Hair Treatment
In a small bowl, mash and combine: 1 avocado (1/2 for shorter hair)
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Apply to hair and allow to remain 30 minutes or longer, then shampoo and condition as usual. http://www.care2.com/greenliving/avocado-kitchen-cupboard-beauty-tips.html

Use a light leave in conditioner before blow drying your hair or run a drop of jojoba oil through your hair once it's dry to help tame it.

It may be time for you to get the dry ends trimmed off @ a salon if conditioner isn't enough.

Bain de Terre has a really nice smoothing serum, or the Biosilk works well. Paul Mitchell polishing drops are also good. Just don't over do it or your hair will look greasy. Put a small amount on your hand and lightly touch it over the ends. You can even do that while it's damp - or dry.

Use a smoothing product and maybe some mousse on all your hair and apply more to the ends. Itll calm your hair and the ends will be softer and more supple like the rest of your hair.

try using a silk therapy. Biosilk is a really goos one. so is headrush by bedhead. They help flyaways and frizz. They also help condition your hair but becareful to not use to much because it could make your hair oily. And if you over use it, it could eventually dry your hair out too. but good luck

sounds like split ends. to treat and get rid of them get a trim. to disguise them use v05 cuticle cream. i think that's what it's called. it seals the cuticle.
