Mexican is always a good choice. Maybe sit the family down to build your own burritos? They can choose from
beans
cheese
fried potatoes
meat (taco, beef, chicken, pork, your choice)
guacamole
salsa, desired heat level
sour cream
rice
peppers
onions

there are also many other great things to put on burritos!

Start off with a tossed salad with sliced radishes, sliced cucumbers, grated cabbage, and no tomatoes. The suggestion for the main dish is grilled fish without sliced lemon or lemon juice, linguini, cream sauce (like alfredo), and sliced carrots. Add a chocolate mousse or brownie for dessert. This is flexible with the following exclusions: no citrus fruit or tomatoes.
