theres this new guy thats started work recently. he works on a different floor from me but the other day he helped out on my floor thats when i noticed him, or he noticed me! im not quite sure of that though. and this guy stares like mad! usually if u look at some one staring at u, they would look away but he doesnt! lol he just stares and stares, i did smile at him. now i dont c him that often but when i do he just stares n i smile. why does he stare so much? i do think he's good lookin but how do i start a conversation wiv him as i dont see him that often and i get really shy all i could do is just smile and quickly walk off!

well i would say fine out more about him you know like if he has a girl friend or if he is married. If he stares at you he must like what he is looking at ,but you have to find out what he is about.

Don`t be shy, go talk to him about something work related and that will break the ice for more conversation. Good Luck!

ask him to help you with something at work, that should break the ice.and start a conversation e.g how long have you worked here etc.

When you see him again, ask him where he been at,or something like that to show that you notice him.
