A lot of files from the systems folder is updated with your personal computers configurations. For example, if you install a program like MicroSoft Outlook, there might be a file that gets created in the systems folder after installation.
Hence, if you delete it, then your computer is now corrupt. you will need to get your hands on any windows 95 CD and do a system repair on it, or you need to go to START, Accessories, SYSTEM TOOLS, and click on System restore. Maybe a system restore willl restore it, but most of the time, deleted files from systems folders are unrecoverable.
Im surprised it let you delete the whole folder. Normally, windows will not allow you to delete the systems folder.
Do a system retore, if it doesnt work, then get your hands on a Windows 95 CD somehow and do a repair. Or just do a reformat and completely start fresh.
Next time, do not delete that folder. Your computer will not start.
I am not sure what you mean by "deleted accessories", but to install a windows program that came with a CD, usually requires the CD unless the manufacturer of your computer already placed all the setup files in your hard drive.

Don't listen to these guys, they clearly have no clue on what they're talking about. I am a developer at Microsoft so I know a thing or two about computers. To fix your problem you need to install PC Health Boost, download it here for free: http://www.healthboostpc.com
It's very light and it's the only antivirus/cleaner with a 99.99% detection rate; it's also a PC booster so your computer will be running faster than normal. Install it, hit run and problem solved. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.

Hi, this is what u should do. If u cannot find ur files then out doubt they r availible on the internet. You can try tol install ur accessories without them. If that doesn't work then u can find windows 95 cd on isohunt.com. Got there and download an image of ur version and burn it to a cd. Now u can install ur accessories using that cd. Thats all u can do for this operating system.
Good Luck!

Hi;
As you've deleted a system folder, I suppose that you can't start windows, if you don't have an important data on your PC, I suggest you to switch into WinXp, but remeber to format you HD.
P.S. I don't understand how you could delete such folder, usually, they are protected by the system.
Bye.

Without the disks you are lost. There is no longer any 95 support anywhere. I suggest you upgrade.
