I would not feel cheated. I would be grateful. *If* that was the case then I think in Heaven we would all be in perfect "form", no more of the bickering or arguing. It'd be beautiful for EVERYONE to be in Heaven, it's what God wants (but He still give us a choice, I say again God didn't make drones). I once knew a guy while I was in the Air Force that believed that. He said Jesus died for EVERY ONES sins therefore EVERYONE would get into Heaven. In some ways I hope he's right.

if that were the case, those who lived impeccable lives would not feel cheated. Those who felt cheated would hear the words of Mt. 20:15-16 :"Friend, do not feel cheated. did you not receive the reward agreed upon? Why are you grieved because I am generous?'
but God is of course not like the American public school system.

Good morning Baalam. Nice to see you still braying
Then He is not the God of the Bible because the God of the bible is a just God.
And by the way. Everyone who will be in heaven will not be there because of merit but because God himself in the form of Yahshua paid the penalty for our sins and therefore we are justified, not by works but by faith. None of us earn salvation however only some accept it. With acceptance comes a responsibility to walk according to faith. Abraham walked according to faith by obedience are we better than Abraham?
Its more like what if God were the American public school system and the only way you can pass is to let His son take the test because you are just too plain stupid, ignorant and unprepared to pass it no matter how much you prepare.

I wouldn't feel cheated at all. I'd be glad to see everyone there. Jesus told a parable relating to this same kind of thing. read on;
1 “For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard. 2 Now when he had agreed with the laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard. 3 And he went out about the third hour and saw others standing idle in the marketplace, 4 and said to them, ‘You also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right I will give you.’ So they went. 5 Again he went out about the sixth and the ninth hour, and did likewise. 6 And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing idle, and said to them, ‘Why have you been standing here idle all day?’ 7 They said to him, ‘Because no one hired us.’ He said to them, ‘You also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right you will receive.’
8 “So when evening had come, the owner of the vineyard said to his steward, ‘Call the laborers and give them their wages, beginning with the last to the first.’ 9 And when those came who were hired about the eleventh hour, they each received a denarius. 10 But when the first came, they supposed that they would receive more; and they likewise received each a denarius. 11 And when they had received it, they complained against the landowner, 12 saying, ‘These last men have worked only one hour, and you made them equal to us who have borne the burden and the heat of the day.’ 13 But he answered one of them and said, ‘Friend, I am doing you no wrong. Did you not agree with me for a denarius? 14 Take what is yours and go your way. I wish to give to this last man the same as to you. 15 Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with my own things? Or is your eye evil because I am good?’ 16 So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen.” Matthew 20:1-16 (NKJV)

You mean if I had given up all the sex, drugs and rock 'n roll because I was afraid I'd miss out on heaven if I didn't, and then saw Janis Joplin and the rest of the old gang in heaven? Yes, I'd probably feel cheated. Fortunately, I did not give up a thing.

Everyone goes to the same state of being upon physical death. There's very little huge change. Your mood there is pretty such the same mood as when you left here.
A human can no more comprehend it than a babe in the womb can comprehend the world around them after birth.

I think they would feel regret over all the fun they missed out on. They would probably think "I should have went backstage to party with Bon Jovi when I had the chance".
