You shouldn't use the e-brake at all to drift.

Use the weight of the car to initiate the drift by turning to the opposite side, then flick the wheel in the direction you want to go. If you do it right, the weight of the car will be taking you sideways. This technique is not dependent on engine power or the emergency brake.

It takes some practice.

Sound like Fred is pissed off because he is too old to have fun.

No you do not keep the e brake on. You should be able to drift by using the weight of the car and the gas.

yes you use the e-brake it causes the bake wheels to lock up therefore you slide you can do it with the brake but more difficult. If you do use the e-brake dont rev the car before you take it off you'll ruin brakes or blow the engine.

I don't engage in childish, wasteful activities like drifting. Not that I can't, I can drift pretty much any car on the road, there is just no point to it. I don't need to impress 13 year old girls.

Yeah stinkbutt, I'm too old to have fun with 13 year old girls. I just have to be myself to impress real women. They like my car, and they like me, they don't need to see me do silly tricks like a school boy.

Drifting belongs on the rally course, or in motorsport competitions and shows, not the street. The only exception is for emergency manoeuvres.

If you are drifting, it sounds more like a steering problem than brakes.
