I have managed to increase font of everything except the emails in outlook. I could increase the font of the preview and the mail folders.

I believe Outlook and Outlook Express both use:
Tools- Options - Click "Read" tab - Click "Fonts" - Click the arrow button to the right of Font Size box. You can select from Smallest to Largest in five steps. Why did they do it that way instead of actual size? I can't guess!

The font size is up to the person who sent the email.
It sounds like you should try a lower resolution setting on your desktop, that will be like "zooming in" on everything.

Try Tools>Options>Read - you can change fonts in there.

sorry you can't really increase the size of an e-mail .
