Im a cosmetolgist so Im going to give you my professional advice on growing your nails, use OPI Nail ENVY (heres a link with a picture of what it looks like)

Keep your nails polished with the nail envy and eat yogurt every day and within weeks you should see beautiful new nail growth. Something else you can do is get a little cuticle oil, dab one drop on your cuticles and apply gentle pressure to your nail bed as you rub in a circular motion daily. This will increase your blood circulation to your nail bed and promote healthy nail growth. Good Luck! :)

There's this great nail strengthening treatment called NailTek nail foundation, and it really works! You just paint it on your finger and toe nails like a base coat before you polish them, and re-paint them with it every week or so, and those nails will get so strong and grow so fast! Also, I really do believe that gelatin works. Try to eat a little mini-cup of Jello every day. Also, calcium is basically what nail enamel is made of, so try to add some more dairy to your diet, if you can do so.

I used to eat raw jelly cubes very yummy. Also dont let your fingernails grow too long. If a nail breaks cut all the other nails down to match. That it what i do and i have lovely strong fingernails.

Not too sure about toenails though!
