i know she opened which she said but its half empty anyways should i pay half i already want to order online through my cousin all i need his her id # etc iam showing her today but she said did u use it i said no why would i set myself up like that and show her prof

If she sold you a half used item and she wont return your money you just tell her she lost a customer and you wont be ordering from her again. You lost a little money but at least you know shes not honest.
