Entrepreneurship is the state of being an entrepreneur.

An entrepreneur is a person who organizes, owns, manages, operates, and assumes the risk for a business venture. If successful, the entrepreneur may receive a large return for the investment of capital, and the talent and time invested in organizing, managing and operating the business. More importantly, the successful entrepreneur will be rewarded for assuming the business risk, but the unsuccessful entrepreneur may lose everything.

Fresh graduates can be entrepreneurs, but without their own capital, they may need to convince others to share the risk and thus also need to share the reward.
