...or are you calling God a liar?

"I am the Lord, and there is none else, beside Me there is no God; I have girded you, though you have not known Me; That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside Me; I am the Lord; and there is none else; I form the light, AND CREATE DARKNESS; I make peace, AND CREATE EVIL; I am the Lord, that does all these things."
~ Isaiah 45: 5-7 (emphasis mine)

yeah... i'll admit it. I'm just bored. You should see what kind of sappy foundationless answers you get to this question if you don't cite chapter and verse in the details.

Devoted to Christ,
Ezekiel 28:15 reads, "You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created until wrongdoing was found in you," and since when is the Prince of Tyre "Lucifer"? Please see context starting: Ezekiel 28:12

So what if God did create evil, man has free will and thinks he knows better, so why does man choose the path of evil.

That Sexual Preditor show BAITS people by giving them a road to go down, they choose to go down it and they put on TV.

If man can use entrapment, so can God.

God is looking for a few good men and women.

If you're married with children and that perky little nymph at the office flirts you into her bed, you have done wrong by your wife and family and basically should have stayed single.

You had a choice, free will. You made a choice. Now you want to keep choosing even after you made a choice.

And if your wife finds out and cast you out of the house and gets a lawyer who takes 25% of your pay for the next 15 years and you lose your house and you only get your kids every other weekend and that perky girl at the office gives up on you.

Hey, you made your own choices in the world.

there is often been a controversy between theists regardless of if evil is a separate stress or merely the absence of solid. many faiths have a 'manichaean' view of two 'gods', one solid and one evil, who conflict over the earth. some Christians see it this type, with God and the devil locked in strive against, the earth wonderful interior the steadiness. seem at how important the devil is to a pair varieties of Christianity! If evil grew to become into merely the absence of solid, he does not be important in any respect. non secular doctrines and scriptures are often prepared on explaining why, if God is suitable and all his creations are suitable, why existence in the worldwide is so imperfect. one thank you to describe it is to work out that there is a devil who has an evil effect interior the worldwide, offering evil alternatives merely as God gives you solid ones, and guy has 'loose will' to bypass the two way. CS Lewis had an thrilling way of gazing it (and that i want i could desire to tell you which ones e book yet they have all type of melted mutually in my suggestions on the grounds that I examine them years in the past). He reported there have been incredibly 2 varieties of evil practiced by skill of folk. One is -genuine- evil--greed, anger, and so on., the element that makes human beings desire to actively harm one yet another. the different is merely our 'animal nature'--laziness, selfishness, the unawareness of the desires of others.

Who's in charge? Satan is God's obedient servant and does not act without strict orders.

Is there EVIL in a city and the LORD has not done it?

The potential for evil, yes... but also the means not do it. Each individual makes their own evil. But God has given the ability for each to keep from evil... man chooses to do evil

GET THIS RIGHT, GOD IS HOLY AND CREATED NO EVIL. LET ME GIVE YOU SOME SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE. eVIL STARTED WHEN SATAN DISOBEYED GOD. FROM THE BEGINNING GOD HAS PUNISHED FOR DISOBEDIENCE AND THIS IS HOW HE CREATES EVIL. WHEN SATAN TRIED TO OVER THROW GOD, HE THROW HIM IN HELL, WHEN DADID COMMITTED EVIL BY COMMITING ADULTERY AND MURDER GOD BROUGHT EVIL UPON HIS HOUSEHOLD, BUT SHEW HIM MERCY BY SPARING HIS LIFE AND BLESSING HIM. WHEN PEOPLE TRIED TO KILLED GODS ANNOINTED HE PROTECTED HIS PEOPLE. sO YOU REALIZE THAT EVERYTHING EVIL IS A RESULT OF SIN. NO CONSIDER THIS IF A MAN COMMITS A CRIME AND A JUDGE PUTS HIM JAIL. wOULD YOU CALL SAY THE JUDGE ORIGINALLY CREATED EVIL OR IS DOING EVIL BY GIVING THE EVIL DOER A SENTENCE. LASTLY CONSIDER THE STORY OF JOB IN THE BIBLE. JOB WAS A GOOD MAN BUT GOD BROUGHT DEATH ON HIS FAMILY, TOOK ALL HIS POSESSIONS AND STROKE HIM WITH SOARS. BUT JOB DIDN'T SAY TO GOD YOU HAVE DONT EVIL SO YOU EVIL. NA JOB SAID WHAT WAS RIGHT ABOUT GOD. READ IT FOR YOUR SELF. GOD SAID TO JOB ARE YOU GOING TO CONDEMN ME AND MAKE YOURSELF RIGHTEOUS. jOD RECOGNIZED THAT GOD WAS PURELY HOLY AND GOD SAID BECAUSE YOU SAID THE THING THAT WAS RIGHT I WILL BLESS YOU WILL WAY MORE THAN WHAT YOU HAD BEFORE.

BASICALLY FROM THE BEGINNING EVIL IS DOING WHATEVER THAT IS CONTRARY TO GOD'S WORD.

Evil is man's work.
God may have created it, but it is mankind's choice to use it.
If you truly live by God then evil would not enter your mind to use it.
