definetly not....it would be only part of a meal. each meal needs to be balanced, it needs to contain some form of a quality protein, a matrix of carbohydrates (some complex and some simple) and some fats.
this is a "healthy" breakfast
2-3 cooked egg whites (14 grams protein: 56 cals)
1/4 cup whole oatmeal (15 grams carbs, 2.5 grams fiber: 65 cals)
1 medium banana (26 grams carbs, 3 grams fiber: 105 cals)

No, yet shouldn't eat plenty throughout breakfast.. in case you have become hungry, it incredibly is no longer sturdy and could make you crave for nutrients. it incredibly is the place the announcing, breakfast is the main mandatory meal got here from. The announcing dosent recommend you should hit the breakfast vast-boy buffet, this could purely make you earnings weight. eat a million cup of oatmeal and a banana (handmade oatmeal in case you could via fact on the spot contains HUMUNGOUS ammounts of sugar) or one cup of complete grain sugarless cereal and upload splenda (sweetener) to it. bear in mind, complete grains make you experience complete. in case you do settle directly to pass the "suitable" way and eat the extensive serving length ammount at each and every meal including as much as 2000 energy an afternoon make particular you do the artwork that is going alongside with it, ninety minutes of aerobic workout an afternoon or you would be rolling down the stairs quickly :)

No. Here's what I do Erika. Chocolate/Strawberry Shake
In a blender, combine a packet of chocolate, vanilla or strawberry instant-breakfast powder (look for the no-sugar-added kind, such as Carnation) and 1 cup of low-fat strawberry cow's milk or soy milk. (You can also mix this the night before.) Add strawberries or a banana or any fruit you have, for extra fiber, and a scoop of protein powder blend until smooth. YUM!! This will give the nutrition you need to keep you going until your next meal! Good luck

Neither by itself is enough. To really do it right, breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day - because then you have all day to burn it off. The evening meal should be the lightest because you'll sleep on it.
Add a bowl of oatmeal or whole grain cereal for fiber and a handful of peanuts or cashews for protein.

A person is supposed to eat more in breakfast than lunch or dinner, save your bananas and apples for snack or for dinner. =)

you need to balance your banana or apple with some protein. try the banana, or apple, with a Tbsp of peanut butter or some almonds, or even an egg or two.

I always have fruit for breakfast. If you feel full after eating banana than it is enough for you. If one fruit is not enough then eat one more. Fruit is low in calories so having more pieces does not add up calories. Check out following calories list :
