File tax return as soon as you have all your tax related information, file it electronically, and indicate that you want your refund direct deposited.

The fastest way to get your "refund" is to file electronically and choose the direct deposit option. You would have your money in 8-15 days.

Anything faster is not a refund but a loan against your refund. The fees for these products are very high.

File online (I've used Turbo tax for the last two years).

I've gotten 1500 and 900 back. I also had them direct deposit into my account.

I had the money typically within 9 days.

IMHO, H&R Block is disreputable.
You can now file online for free through the IRS web site - www.irs.gov
