A few people i know have taken this on there b-days. Go to the bar and ask for a, "3 wise men". If you go to a spot that's not greedy with the liquor then you'll be gone after a few.

get him a shot called the B l o w job...they are made with Kahlua, baileys, vodka, and whipped cream...might not be disgusting to drink, but it should be fun for you to watch him drink it. The person drinking it has to have both hands behind their back and only use their mouth to take the shot.

A Cement Mixer. It's a shot of Bailey's and a shot of lemon juice. You have to do both while holding them in your mouth and then shake your head. The lemon juice curdles the Bailey's in your mouth. And then he still has to swallow that horrible sludge. I've heard it's like soured cottage cheese texture.
