zero, nada, zip.
There is no evidence for any of them and there is evidence against several claimed activities of some of them. The christian god included.

It's sounds to me like you are asking YOURSELF that question. It's cool, I ask myself things all the time. But you seem to be looking for a little nudge in a different direction from the normally predictable mainstream answers. How many Gods are there? I could summarize and point to groups of Gods such as the Greek, Roman, Mayan, Egyptian, Aztec and many other Indian Gods. It seems each culture and civilization has their own Gods, many different Gods, each representing a different aspect of life, death, after-life, purgatory, limbo and on and on. Now, how many of those Gods can you put on a popsicle stick, give it to your friend and say "Here, this is real?" Proof. Ouch, that's hard to find. If you have FAITH, you don't need that proverbial popsicle stick.
Which one should YOU believe in? That depends. Do you need a popsicle stick? If you do, then the answer to your first question is NONE. IF you have FAITH, then you MAY believe in at least ONE God. Which one should you choose? The one that reflects what you believe your inner core values should be. It's not mandatory that you choose a God of someone elses' belief or creation. Your brain came with a blank space in it labeled "IMAGINATION" It is there for you to use as freely as you wish. (A) God may have created that blank space to see if you can get in touch with it (God).
Here's a question you just caused to flash in my mind...
If a person doesn't believe in any PARTICULAR God, then does that mean that no God(s) exist(s)? Is there even anything that could ever fit the definition of a "Supreme Being?" Or is the whole concept just a bunch of hoopla?
How about none of them?
Absolutely, I believe it is possible to believe in a God, but not to believe in any God known to man. That's where we have to use that "IMAGINATION" space, that is, if you want to "put a label on your God."
So in summary:
There are many Gods.
There are no Gods.
There is one God.
You can believe in as many as you like.
You can believe in only one if you like.
You can believe there is/are no God(s), but there could be.
OR
You may even believe there is NO SUCH THING AS A GOD.
Or you might be putting-off doing the dishes until later because Yahoo! Answers R&S sounds like more fun.
Have a nice day!

In reality the God for Christianity, Judaism and Islam is the same just each religion calls Him by a different name but there tradition all descends from Abraham. Now when you look at the gods of other religions there are multiple because some have many, just look at ancient Rome and Greece with their gods of many. To your last question I do for your sake Rove hope that some day you do believe in God so we can share that since we disagree on so many things that are just temporal I would want the one thing of importance our life after earth to be one we need not disagree on.

There is no real answer to that question. There are so many different gods and goddesses. Its all on what works for you, what fits your way of life. One of the answers to your question had a link to a list of gods. My best recommendation is to meditate on it. I cannot tell you personally how to meditate, since results vary by person. The internet has many great sources to teach you different ways. Good luck and blessed be..

There is only one God. There are many gods. You should worship God and try not to make gods out of people, places or things. When people, places and things become the sole focus of a person, they become , really frustrated. But God is the great source of peace and love.

Look at how many stars there are in the sky, that is how many gods there are...
try and count the grains of sand on a beach...
there are as many gods as humankind could imagine, and that's a number close to infinity.

According to some, there is only just one (though with a myriad of monikers and variations). To others, there are many, each with a set purpose(s) coordinating amongst one another as if they are "one."
Supernatural deities actually proven to exist: none.
However, one chooses whether or not to "believe." I, myself, prefer to THINK.

There are exactly zero gods that exist. Man has, however created many fictitious deities to justify things he doesnt understand. If you feel you need to worship one of these mythical characters, then you probably have some mental issues....

There is only One. The rest are false gods. The true God and the Only God is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob whose Son is Jesus the Christ.
