I don't want to screw up my new Dell Laptop...but i was wondering if i can stall MS Office 2003 onto a Vista OS?

According to Microsoft the Office 2003 is compatable with vista

Yes, Office 2003 works under Vista just fine (you should "run as administrator" whan launching the installation, of course)
Vista has well-documented compatibility issues with Office 2000 and Office XP, but Office 2003 is ok.

Not a problem. Office 2003 and Vista get along just fine.

Yes you can install Office 2003 on your laptop, it will work with Vista but the New version will work better though.
