Let's think about this. He calls you beautiful at stares at your t!ts. Sounds like a man that appreciates real beauty to me.
If he were a true gentleman he would not take you up on your offer. He would no doubt just nibble. Never bite.
But I think the two of you should just lick and make up.

Provided he has been a coworker with you for a while he should know when your joking and ask him in a nice way to look at your face because your **** are not part of the conversation

Wow, I would have alot less friends if they took me seriously for saying that, because "bite me" is my motto!! I have it on a T-shirt for ***** sakes!!! If he knows you well enough to call you beautiful & stare at your ta-ta's & he can't handle you saying "bite me"? I wouldn't worry about it. :-)
