Not unless they're a really good friend of mine and already go out partying with me. If their not part of my private life, then I wouldn't even consider it.

Never. Not even if we hung out together outside of work. This could get ugly, if he or she ever has to discipline you.

I'd have to check out his/her page first to see if they had crazy/silly stuff on it. If it was a lame conservative page I would not. I don't want them in my personal life to much if they are a square
