Try meals.com it has been a real time saver - my family loves variety and when i just run out of clever ideas I click interesting recipes then ask for a shopping list - print and I have a menu and shopping list for the whole week. i may not stick to it exactly (like serving Monday's meal on Wednesday and so on) but having specific ingredients for specific meals makes the week a lots less stressful. Good Luck!

Allrecipes.com is my go-to site when I need ideas. Also, try FoodNetwork.com.
We eat chicken 3-4 times a week, fish (freshly caught by my husband) once or twice & meat once or twice. I am the marinade queen when it comes to chicken (usually boneless, skinless-I make the marinade & get the breasts ready the night before & pour the marinade over the meat before I leave for work. One of my kids turns it over when they get home from school. When I get home, I start a side dish, fire up the grill or broiler, make a veggie & dinner is on the table in 30 minutes or less). My new favorite marinade is 6 tbs cider or red wine vinegar, 3 tbs vegetable oil, 2 tbs ketchup, 1 tbs dry parsley flakes, 1 to 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp dry oregano (crushed), 1 bay leaf, 1-2 tsp worcestershire & 10 or more drops of tabasco. I am going to try this on a piece of london broil tomorrow.
*Stir frys (chicken, pork, beef) w/ assorted veggies & sauces
*Meat loaf
*Panninis/sandwiches w/ soup or salad
*Pork tenderloin (can sub turkey tenderloins)
*Roast a turkey, freeze the leftovers & make soup from the carcas.
*Home made pizza (my supermarket carries dough but you have to ask for it)
*Pasta
*Get out your crockpot & make chili or stew
Everyone gets in a rut so don't worry about it. Surf the 'net & have fun finding new ideas.
Also, keep menu cards (index cards with a main dish, side & veggie ideas) & go thru them 1 by 1-just move the most current one to the back.

We are having swedish meatloaf tonight with baked/mashed brussel sprouts.
First I prepare the lean burger with the seasoning from a Swedish Meatball pouch, ours is McCormick brand. Instead of making meatballs, I just make meatloaf. We never use the sauce mix. If we have really worked hard that day and are really hungry I will put noodles and alfredo sauce with it.
For the brussel sprouts:
Boil and mash the sprouts. Add about 2tsp. of light butter or margerine along with fresh minced garlic to tast ( or dried minced garlic rehydrated in the microwave in a cup of water) and about 1/4 of a cup of grated parmesean - give or take. Spread it in a casserole dish and top with a little italian bread crumbs and another sprinkle of parm.cheese. This feeds 6-7 people. My kids love it and I don't have to argue to get them to eat their brussel sprouts!! You can adjust it to make it healthier.

I have an excellent meal plan for you!!! Try doing a chicken and vegetable chow mein. You could try surfing the web to find one or I can give you my recipe if you email me at derekanium@yahoo.co.uk.
For dessert try sprinkling ice cream with hot chocolate dust!
