err, 100% no. If she is using a gel based implant, there are 3 layers of shell surrounding the gel. The outer layer surrounding the other 2 can be removed and replaced, due to the 1st layer's contact with ur ex-girlfriends tissue. This is necessary to prevent complications with future use. However you would actually need approval from the coroner(lol) as well as the breast implant surgeon, and that includes the procedure mentioned above. Usually in most cases the surgeon would recommend getting a new one, you save yourself the trouble and money too. So if you were to really do it, you would make a loss rather than recover the original sum and no one would actually buy it from you.
