If your neices and nephews were secerely destructive with your childs things would you ask them to bring their own toys when visiting....Assuming in this situation thier parents just say..oh we will replace that...and never do...and assuming your child takes care of her toys and is very upset by the children breakign them for amusement.....this isnt something happening i'm just wondering what others would do in this situation..because I would not have any problem asking the kids to bring their own toys

No, because they would still play with the other toys anyways.
I know exactly how you feel because my son breaks my daughters toys. She takes very good care of her stuff and he don't. She learns to not place so much value on material things and he learns that it is very inconsiderate to damage other peoples property. I don't have much more control than that over the situation. Don't throw the baby out with the bath water, you may end up with them not visiting anymore because they probably don't have much control over the situation either. Place the more expensive, favorite or fragile toys separately in another toy box so you can place it somewhere else while they visit. Good luck.

I would tell a little white lie. . .
Put up all the toys your daughter cherishs up out of site. Call up your relatives and say that you just didn't think about it but you've recently given away a lot of little susies toys, so if they want to bring some things over to play with that'd be a big help.
Or if you're not into lying and more about the direct approach-- let them come over and have your daughter tell them that these toys are special to her, and she would like them as her friends to take care of them. If they break one, let them see how upset she is and in front of their parents remind them that if they can't treat others things nicely and with respect, you're very sorry but they will not be allowed to play with them. You can be as tacky as you want, going so far as to write down the name of the toy and where to get it an give it to them on their way out. Seriously, it might be tacky but it would get the point across. THat's what I would do.
Good luck!
