I have received a mail stating therein that I won some amount in a lotto lottery and that this was done through computer balloting system and I was one of the top 5 winners. They never ask for any amount only that in claiming it I have send through western union a specified amount as courier charges. The courier was fastway courier. Has anyone encountered this kind of thing? I am very much excited but at the back of my mind I am still thinking if this is just a scam or their are just people fooling me. please help me I don't have enough money to pay for the charges but if this is for real then i am willing to look for some means to facilitate my winnings.
