Remote viewing (RV) is a procedure developed by parapsychologists at the Stanford Research Institute to allegedly perform clairvoyance under controlled conditions. Somewhat similar to astral projection, the phenomenon involves a belief in the projection of consciousness to remote locations, and is considered a pseudoscience by mainstream scientists.
I have personally seen where, through rv, papers have been read across country, and have heard of even farthere projections. Problem is - what is viewed has to be openly available (papers lying out on a desk). I have never heard of a rv being able to move things around.

There was a book, "Eckankar, the Ancient Science of Soul Travel," that was quite popular a while back. I'd start there, and maybe check out the works of Lobsang Rampa, too - his "The Third Eye" was a bestseller. Aleister Crowley is a genius, but understanding him requires a lifelong committment. If you go with Crowley, start by reading his "Eight Lectures on Yoga," which illustrates the phenomenal depth and breadth of his intellect, before you try juggling his more technical arcana...

If you know for a fact that astral projection is real, then you do not know your facts. It is imagination, and can be duplicated. As far as leaving our bodies, it has never been proven to be a fact, there have been several instances where it has been disproven. If you are really interested, and believe all of those facts you have likely read, let me state this.. Most of those people who are "Case studies" from the military were at the time scientologists.. Most have since left the religion.

yes this is amazing stuff basically it just means your astral soul comes out of your body and travels ...not necessarily to the astral plane or to some amazing lands ...although my dad does it at night in his sleep state and then cant get up in the morning cause he is cream crackered ...he visits different countries some he has never heard of and describes the place and then we have to try and find it relating to all the details he gives ...on a more down to earth note ..i did it in deep meditation and only got as far as my local >??and my friend who was really ill at one time laid on the sofa at home delirious with flu ...got a phone call from her ex boyfriend on her mobile the next day ......who asked her to stop stalking him and move away from his front gate ???...she had a hard time explaining that one .....

This is from Aleister Crowley's "Liber O vel Manus et Sagittae":
1. Let the student be at rest in one of his prescribed positions, having bathed and robed with the proper decorum. Let the place of working be free from all disturbance, and let the preliminary purifications, banishings and invocations be duly accomplished, and, lastly, let the incense be kindled.
2. Let him imagine his own figure (preferably robed in the proper magical garments, and armed with the proper magical weapons) as enveloping his physical body, or standing near to and in front of him.
3. Let him then transfer the seat of his consciousness to that imagined figure; so that it may seem to him that he is seeing with its eyes, and hearing with its ears.
This will usually be the great difficulty of the operation.
4. Let him then cause that imagined figure to rise in the air to a great height above the earth.
5. Let him then stop and look about him. (It is sometimes difficult to open the eyes.)
6. Probably he will see figures approaching him, or become conscious of a landscape.
Let him speak to such figures, and insist upon being answered, using the proper pentagrams and signs, as previously taught.
7. Let him travel at will, either with or without guidance from such figure or figures.
8. Let him further employ such special invocations as will cause to appear the particular places he may wish to visit.
9. Let him beware of the thousand subtle attacks and deceptions that he will experience, carefully testing the truth of all with whom he speaks.
Thus a hostile being may appear clothed with glory; the appropriate pentagram will in such a case cause him to shrivel or decay.
10. Practice will make the student infinitely wary in such matters.
11. It is usually quite easy to return to the body, but should any difficulty arise, practice (again) will make the imagination fertile. For example, one may create in thought a chariot of fire with white horses, and command the charioteer to drive earthwards. It might be dangerous to go too far, or to stay too long; for fatigue must be avoided.
The danger spoken of is that of fainting, or of obsession, or of loss of memory or other mental faculty.
12. Finally, let the student cause his imagined body in which he supposes himself to have been travelling to coincide with the physical, tightening his muscles, drawing in his breath, and putting his forefinger to his lips. Then let him "awake" by a well-defined act of will, and soberly and accurately record his experiences.
This sounds ridiculously complicated, but it's really not. You get the basic idea here. You don't necessarily need to know anything about "banishings" or "pentagrams" or "invocations" - but those are what you would call "protective" or "directive" measures.
I know this also sounds incredibly superstitious and fantastic to skeptics. I myself am an atheist and I've had considerable "success" in practices like these. As Crowley says "By doing certain things certain results follow; students are most earnestly warned against attributing objective reality or philosophic validity to any of (the 'beings' they encounter, etc)."

Yes its real and I always pray to Christ before going anywhere. Its deeper than meditation, and make sure all your Chakra's are in balance before heading out somewhere.

True and you can travel anywhere you want.
You just leave your body and off you go, and you can fly I know you don't believe but maybe one day you will.
