Zero. If you have reloading equipment and no manual, you are already in trouble. I have 5 reloading manuals and no loads are listed for 4895, because 4895 is a rifle powder.
buy a good manual, by Speer, or Hornady, or go to a dealer who sells smokeless powder and he will give you one by Hodgdon.

Doesn't matter 4895 is rifle powder and 38 special is a pistol
