Staring is bad. Taking a look is alright, maybe?
I don't know, I think it is a self confidence thing. The only time I see girls wearing that kind of stuff is when they are wanting to be stared at or because they want to look better than all their friends.

There is a difference between notice and bug-eyed stare...
When I am having a conversation with you, you should pay attention and either watch my mouth or my eyes.
When I'm talking to you I don't stare at the front of your pants...

It goes with the outfit. That's the style that some women like.
It makes women feel attractive. If you got them then you might as well flaunt them? We're women, are we always rational and reasonable? LOL
I don't know. Sometimes I wear stuff like that to keep my husband happy. I want to be sexy.
