Absolutely!
I quit listening to what everybody else was saying was right, thought on it myself, came to my own conclusions, and I've never been more content with my spiritual outlook.

Very much so. I think, in fact, that is one of the few things in life I am at peace with. It helps in stressful situations to stop and remember the "big picture" stuff, actually.
How do you arrive there?
Daily.
Sounds glib, but it is true. Life is not always about slow steady progress.... sometimes it is about struggling out of the same places you've already struggled out of. And then one day you wake up and find yourself a million miles further down the road....

What I believe has nothing to do with any structured religions. I have talked to people of many, MANY faiths, and have read a lot of religious texts, and I have taken from each the things I like or agree with, and ignored what I don't. I think that is the only way to truly be at peace with your belief or spirituality - analyzing what it is you believe and questioning it until you are sure of it.

We are born and we die, end of story. (That's the short and ugly of what I believe.) My not accepting it does nothing to prevent it from happening. I'm at peace because it's just the logical thing to do, not because I found anything that gives me peace. But if I do, I'll let you know.
Although I will say that loving your fellow man and really examining the cycle of life and death in those around you does help. It's the natural way of things. If it's a bad thing, that is just the connotation that we have provided, not that is necessarily there. Good luck finding your peace. It can be a huge pain to do. But I suppose it's worth it. One less obstacle to surmount.

Being at peace with oneself comes with only one thing: Honesty!
More honest I am with myself more inner peace I have,
The same applies to belief,
I pretty much don’t believe in Quran, Bible or Jesus (organized religion)
But sometimes I think that maybe there is creator that never sent us any messenger or book for some reason he knows better than us,
I guess that makes a deist opposed to an atheist,
Anyhow,
How I got here?
With thinking and studying,
Do research and decide for yourself,
Cheers,

Although I knew I was an atheist at 13, I wasn't really at peace with the idea until I was in my mid-20s. I felt I was disappointing my parents, not fitting in with society, etc., but I just couldn't believe the fairy tale.
Later I came to accept that believing differently, or not believing at all, is not a betrayal.

How could anyone be at Peace with a belief. Fist of all a belief in itself is a statement of "I do not Know. It always holds the element of Fear because of that fact. Only fully present, in the Present ,As the Presence can we experience knowing. It is more like realization and inspiration.

Yea of course. I believe we are an organism just like any other there is no greater power that created us, and that when we die thats it, the end. I am at peace because i have no greater purpose than to enjoy my life and look after the people that i love.If you need anything else then you are slightly mental.

Yes, I'm at peace...
Took me a while to get here. My father told me that my religion isn't hard, i just make it seem that way. And once i fully understood what he meant, i totally agree. My religion is easy to follow, it's me that sometimes makes it harder than it has to be. So sometimes i have to chill out and say, i'm human, i make mistakes, but i trust in God, he's got it under control, even if i don't.

Very much so. I think it's liberating to see things for what they really are and attempt no form of self-delusion in order to feel better about them. I'm an Atheist, and feel that it's vital to embrace the moment--enjoy your life, and encourage others to do the same. It enhances life's value if you understand how temporary and fragile it is.

Yes, at this moment. Though there have been a lot of struggles getting here. There have been certain things that I was certain about a few times, which turned out to be wrong. It keeps you humble. So, yes at this moment.
