im 13 and i would know that its not God because He won't let you see him because he is so so so (*no word*) but if you put a fake angel in my head and if i was as proud and full of ego as you i would know it was fake AFTER i kiss its hand (kiss its hand out of respect) and realize that my pride made me forget that a holy thing wont let human hands touch it and after i kiss it i would know its fake because i kissed a hand with red fingernails and only the devil will let you kiss his hand...

I tend to doubt it.

I've experienced self induced (with chemical assistance0 hallucinations in my past. Not that I've become an expert because of this experience, but I do have a sense about the impact that I had.

Living a life filled with hallucinations, I have no idea. There is a clear difference between hallucinations and real world experience.

Meatbot, have you ever heard of a Freudian slip? "Dong," indeed!!! LOL

I suppose I might believe such a hallucination. But if no further evidence was forthcoming, it would probably later on be interpreted as a hallucination.

In fact, I have had chemically-induced visions which I interpreted as God in some sense. However, I feel it my duty to analyze that with the intellect I have, whether I call it "God-given" or not. And my own conclusion is that there is a God, but it bears very little resemblance to the one preached at me as a child.

Of course I would believe it...! You've just said the idea was falsely added secretly to my otherwise normal brain, and you also said it was an hallucination... I would know nothing about that, would I?

By definition, wouldn't I be trapped into believing it....???? Wouldn't I be forced to conclude that I was either hearing and seeing God or that I was psychotic?

Your question is silly. I don't know what you're trying to get at but you are being very confusing about it.... Are you sure you are a logically minded individual? You're beginning to think like a God-believer.

LOL. Do you know how the holy spirit speaks to someone? It isn't like this. Anyway, if I was hearing voices in my head I would pray for a healing and head to the psychiatrist for some good drugs to aid in the handling of my psychosis.

I'd probably think I was crazy, but that's because I don't believe in God in the first place.

If it looked like Morgan Freeman, then yeah - I'd probably fall for it.

Especially if he told me to build an ark.

Are you having a hallucination of the Devil in your brain, or is it real?
