There are Mimosa's which is champagne and orange juice and the

Champagne Cocktail

4 oz. Champagne (Chilled)
1 Sugar Cube
2 dashes of Bitters

Instructions:
Place sugar cube and Bitters in a chilled champagne flute. Fill with champagne. Garnish with the twist of a lemon peel and serve.
