If you're trying to do it on your own, the best thing you can do is go to this website, www.caloriesperhour.com, enter the information into the fields. It will calculate the calories you are burning. Divide that by 100 and you'll be close as to points

Just remember to periodically recalculate as you lose weight.

Weight watchers sell pedometers that u positioned on all day and on an identical time as exercising and this could calculate ur acceptable AP earned. AP evaluate ur weight and height something the gadget does not so u prob burned extra energy than it reported :)

points are based on your weight, not your exercise quotient. If you are using WW, you should already know this.
