By fanatics, I don't mean Muslims! I mean all religious fanatics regardless of their religion. get it!

If you get reported you will get a violation notice. So you'll know! You lose points but who cares about the useless points...it is the lack of tolerance I am worried about.

Fanatics of every stripe engage in this behavior because it gives them a feeling of accomplishment. They are not as concerned with the content itself, but rather succeeding in using these tactics to further their own pathetic cause or just for the sake of making others miserable as they lack any purpose whatsoever. It shows that they are incapable of defending their own ideas alongside other opposing viewpoints. By removing any potential opposition, it focuses others' undivided attention onto them, and only them.

whats a report? is it different from a flag? either way I get violation notices. Some I must admit have been legitimate. Others no. I don't think its just fanatics, I think people with nothing better to do flag everything you say. Good luck.

Kawasar. ever wonder why? tut tut, you have every right to bag Muslims. Don't take the hollier than thou attitude. Look at the hate you preach.

am curious...is reporting just occur here? no other area is having this problem?

sorry...am seriously new to this, but how do I know if one of my questions or answers has been "reported"? Do I automatically loose my email account, or do I get some form letter?

Heck, for all I know, I've been "reported", but wouldn't know it.

That report button gives power even to the 35-year old guy living in his mother's basement. It's bound to be misused.

Like most things, because they can.

But why do you say religious fanatics, seems to there are plenty on all sides?

2007-08-23 10:34:14 · answer #5 · answered by Anonymous · 3 0

The same reason the fanatics report some answers they dislike.

And there aren't atheist fanatics who do the same?

Perhaps if you did not post every day that every one is a fanatic, you would not have the problem.
