I got my labret piercing 2 days ago, and went swimming in a pool yesterday.

I just found out now that I shouldn't have been swimming with it.

Whats my best action to go with now?

as long as you haven't noticed any negative affects to it (redness, soreness, discharge from the hole) it's probably fine - just keep it clean (salt water soaks are best), and don't play with it

it's generally advised not to swim with new piercings - you never know what's in the water - but as long as you keep it clean and follow the instructions from your piercer, you should avoid any problems

Just keep cleaning it like in the instructions the piercer gave you. Make sure you keep an eye on it, so that if it gets infected you can go see a doctor.

Clean it with the solution. But don't over-clean it , that can be just as bad as not cleaning it at all.
