I have been taking yoga classes for a few years. Is there any yoga lingo out there that andvaced practicers use?

yes, but it is used because we understand it. not as jargon. look into feldenkrais, alexander technique, faschae (i don't know how it's spelled), somatic practice, meditation, anatomical terms, the names of bones, ligamets, joints etc. we use homologous and other motion descriptors. muscle names (psoas especially). people talk about what they are concerned about. prana...awareness...symmetry...from where do you initiate motion? from where are you supporting it?
