The growling is just gas moving through your intestines. Some of that is just a sign of a healthy gut (a complete absence of gas is BAD).
If the growling seems excessive, any of the over-the-counter gas remedies would probably help.
As for the other problem, there are some medical conditions that could cause that, but it's probably best to discuss it with a doctor. It may not be a problem at all, depending on the circumstances.

Sounds like your body is in a fermentation cycle. This generally means you've eaten alot of gas producing foods and drinks of late and its caused some buildup in your intestinal track. I recommend taking your diet down to a very neutral base--lots of clear broth, water, etc.--for a few days. Negate sugar, caffeine and juices for a few days--as the sugar is part of the fermentation process, it feeds the yeast causing the issues. Also, eat yogurt (preferably plain) or milk with acidophilus which will help rebalance your internal flora to its norm so that future food and drinks don't cause the immediate gas reaction.
Increasing water intake will also help flush the bowel, but if you're truly concerned---go have a high colonic done or get a basic enema bag and some glycerin. Enema aparatis and glycerin can both be found at the local pharmacy and the pharmacist can assist with information on how to use it if the instructions included with your enema bag aren't informative enough.
Good luck!

Sounds like you're eating something that does "not" agree with your stomach. Start by eating FIBER. Fruit, dried beans, even canned will do. LOOK on the labels of the food you eat. Look for 4 or more grams of fiber. When all else fails you 'must' empty yourself completely...buy this, it's called BRIOSCHI. It's great and it taste like alkaselzter (WARNING: don't plan on going anywhere 30 min. after drinking this). Look here for http://brioschi-usa.com/
