The BEST way to get ZERO sugar yogurt is to make your own. It's easy to do. All you need to do is buy ONE plain yougurt with active cultures (it should say so right on the label). Add to a half gallon of regular or 2% milk, stir well and let it sit at room temperature for a few days and it'll congeal and ferment up to form yogurt. It doen't matter if the milk is pasteurized because you are adding the beneficial bacteria. Just make sure that the milk is resealed immediately after adding the yogurt culture. Also, It'll go a few days faster if you can keep the milk-yogurt culture nice and warm (85 degrees to 100 degrees., no warmer).

Not really. I only eat lite yogurt and 10-15 is normal for LITE varieties. The regular kinds are much higher than that. You can find lite, no sugar added and sugar free varieties, you just have to look carefully at the ingredients.

Dannon has plain yogurt, but watch out it is very bland. Try adding fresh fruit like raspberries or blueberries to it.
