Does anyone have a sample letter to request no point after receiving a speeding ticket?

1st offense speeding ticket for 5 over. Planning to admit guilt with explanation and ask court to not assess point in order to keep insurance rates down.

Now that a ticket is on file, you only really have 2 choices ... pay it or go to court. So, you'll need to do this in court and ask the judge in person.

Of course, you can also ask to see if there is a course you can take that would allow the point to disappear (this is what I did the last time). But, you'll have to pay to take the course (cost me $75).
