Is there any eye drop which can make weak eyes good atleast decrease the Specticle Numbers for person who cannot see distant objects.

No. There are no drops, no supplements, no foods and no exercises which are effective in reducing refractive error.
Don't believe anyone, especially Web sites, that claim otherwise and do not spend any money on anything that make that claim.

eye drops, no, but there are some eye exercises that work to strengthen the eyes. I suggest you research them and use them regularly! The muscles of the eye are just like any other--working them makes them stronger. Good luck!

Eye drops can't improve your sight but they may stop it from getting worse.
