A. Stay in the blood
One of many functions of the kidney is to excrete nitrogenous wastes that are produced from the catabolism of amino acids and uric acid produced in the catabolism of purines. As amino acids are deaminated to be used in the kreb cycle, their nitrogenous amino groups is transported by glutamine to the liver, hear it is converted by the urea cycle to urea and is excreted in the kidney.
First signs may be a rise in the blood-urea-nitrogen and creatinine (>355 μmol/l ) (which is a break down product of a nitrogenous compound called creatine phosphate normal found in muscles.) and oliguria (urine output is less 0.3 ml/kg for 24 h) finally electrolyte abnormalities such as hyperkalemia, metabolic acidosis and cardiac problems and finally hyperuricemic coma.
Causes can be pre-renal (ie. circulatory shock, renal thromboembolic diseses), renal (sepsis, drugs such as aminoglycosides or NSAIDS, heavy metals, etc) or post renal (obstruction of the urinary tract by cancer or kidney stones.)
Unlike with chronic renal failure which is usually irreversible, if the underlying cause is corrected, the patient will usually recover completely. It is rapidly fatal if left untreated.

A-it will stay in the blood. Thus, the need for dialysis. When someone has kidney failure, they have to go in for dialysis, which basically has the patient's blood pumped through a machine which filters out the contaminants and extra water, then pumps the cleaned blood back into the body.
Something tells me you already know this, but are trying to see what others say?

Waste will stay in your blood, be absorbed by connective tissues (fat, muscle) and become toxic. With increased levels of toxicity, other organs will be effected and will result in death. Dialysis is needed.
