i need to lose around 15 pounds

don't eat sweets . go and eat flax seed bread its way better for a diet , eat lots of fruit and veggies and excises, stay away from flour like donuts and white bread.

Drink lots of water, no pop or anything, cut down a lot on sweets, exercise.
Dont try to lose more than 2 pounds a week.

You can safely lose 2-3 lbs/week and stay healthy.

Limit fats, limit carbs, drink water and exercise.
