Britain has oppressed countless nations around the world. In India they ruled with an iron fist against the people and murdered millions after the 1857 uprising and caused the famine of the 1870's that killed 10's of millions. In Australia and New Zealand they commited genocide against the natives and in Sotuh Africa they helkped to impose white rule. In Kenya they murdered thousands during the Mau Mau revolt in the 1950's and they exported their genocide and murder across much of the globe at one stage. In Ireland they have murdred people for over 800 years and in more recent times they have colluded with Loyalist terrorists to murder Irish citizens throughout the 1970's, 80's, 90's to the present and they continue to protect these murderers from prosecution despite evidence that these killers have worked as British agents. Would the world be a better place if Britain was to sink into the sea?

Conranger state the lie 'while there might have been some colusion between the RUC and Loyalist terror groups, there is no evidence the British Army were involved'. In the case Miami showband massacre the bomb exploded as it was being planted by terrorists who were both members of the UVF and British soldiers at the same time. When their own bomb exploded killing two of their own this was exposed. There is also evidence that Captain Robert Nairac of Britains SAS murder gang was involved in the Miami showband massacre along with the Dublin and Monaghan murders of 33 innocent men, women and children. Self confessed loyalist terrorists such as William Stobie and Bobby Philpot have admitted that they were given so much files about people the British army wanted rid of that they didnt know what to do with the files

Is our little anti-British rant over now little sean troll?
Your casualty figures are grossly exaggerated, Millions murdered in India, would you care to post a link? or offer some proof.
The potatoe famine was caused by natural circumstance and affected most of Europe as far over as Turkey.
You are misguidedly trying to judge the actions of the past using today's thinking, back then, the world was a far different place, where the Rich, regardless of what country you were in, were the people in control and where, if you were what is now refereed to as the working class you were nothing.
In the 1700's most of Europe, was actively involved in trying to expand their empires and Colonies and not just the British, also involved were the French, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish.
Strangely enough, the largest percentage of the British Army have always been the Irish, who served by the hundreds of thousands, and in those days there was no conscription
With regards Kenya the British put down a revolt by the Mau-Mau who were actively killing Blacks more than whites.
The "I Ran Aways" (IRA) in Northern Ireland are as guilty as Loyalist terror groups for killing civillians both Catholic and Protestant and while there might have been some colusion between the RUC and Loyalist terror groups, there is no evidence the British Army were involved.
So your little rant is meaningless.

That's not the answer...The Spanish did it too when they Conquer Latin America and the Indigenous people. Sadly many Countries have done it in one way or another to other people and at one time or another (in history the Roman Empire but they are not the only ones). If people could just respect other people then there could be peace in this World.

If the Irish would quit crying and just go to work and quit drinking, their problems would soon solve themselves.
Growing up Irish/Catholic/American imagine my shock upon discovering the IRA was the Catholics!
I currently attend Methodist and haven't set foot in a Catholic/Irish environment since age 15. I am most ashamed of their behavior which is truely that of Terrorists.
You make me sick!

It would be a better place if you didn't ask these long winded dumb questions. Name one country that hasn't been at war that killed civilians.
