It's true. If you are black and you hear a white person complaining about Canadians, then they are probably talking about black people. They do it all of the time in this factory where I work. It's about half and half. Whites talk and complain openly about blacks by referring to them as Canadians instead of using the N word. So if you hear people complaining about Canadians, and you are not near a hockey rink, then they are probably not talking about the people just north of our border.

This is horrendous. I'm Canadian and I can't even believe that racists are using us as a way to spread their hate! Here's an idea for people who use that, STOP BEING A RACIST! Then you won't have to use code.

Well ... ya know ... it's a funny kind of mind set down there on the factory floor.

Lots of fumes and stuff being breathed in over the years affect the brain's synapse firing mechanisms. They tend to slow down and fire irregularly, especially in white brains.

Over a period of time these people tend to form various 'support' groups away from the factory floor and become attracted to clothing such as brown or black shirts and wear arm bands. Some opt for the less dressy cone-head white outfits.

It's an odd phenomenon.

You know, I think this may not be universal, I knew of a few homophobes who say "Canadian" to refer to gay people. Then there is my crazy drunk uncle, always complaining about how bad Canadian divers are. I think he really was talking about Canadians...
But still, thanks for the tip.

The observe usually capacity "an ignorant man or woman", so it could stick to to any race (including whites). traditionally however its been used against blacks. There are slurs for different racial and ethnic communities, however the "n" observe is seen to be a pejorative term against blacks customarily.

Thats just rude. I really dont understand why and/or how people can be Raceist. you should hate, complain about, or steriotype a whole group of people based on the actions of a few. This is just another sign that we as humans are or should be shamed to the way we treat one another.

I have never heard this... perhaps it's something that just goes on in your workplace? Anyway, I'm really sorry that it's happening. I am glad that you find it wrong.
