You mean why did God create mosquitoes. monkeys were not created to confuse us about our origins, but could have been put here for humans to study, think about it, could you imagine a world with NO animals what so ever, or plant life? There was just some magical way that we got the oxygen we needed? We have all these things around us to study, among other reasons, all creatures have their position in the food chain.
