i'm pretty sure if it's a famous person you can find him/her on google images or ask images.
if its someone not so famous i guess u can try myspace or facebook (if u noe their acc)

Google.com and click on images, then type in the person's name in quotes. Might come up with something.

well if it is a famous person, you should be able to find it somewhere like google or something, if a regualar person, i don't know, sory... :(
