I'd say 95% you have pre eclampsia, you will be monitered and closely watched and they will most likely induce you in the next week or so. I had extremely high blood pressure most of my pregnancy so I had all of these tests and everything the whole way through, its not fun but you are full term now so you and your baby will be fine.
