If I had to be specific, I would say the youth of El Salvador. A very high percentage of the population in El Salvador is youth. Something like 75% of the population is under the age of 16. I don't know the exact number, but it is something rediculous like that. I know a missionary named Don Tripplet that works there with the youth. I have heard stories, and seen sights that moved me to tears. So I would say that is who my heart goes out to.

The ones who slip through the cracks. They do the right things, they play by all of the rules, they work hard, yet life just smacks them down day after day after day. When I worked for Habitat for Humanity, we had many families like that. Made too much for AFDC, made too little to get a decent place to live, helped out others when they could, tried to make a better life, but it just never fell in place.
After seeing how people take advantage of the social care systems that are in place to the point of theivery, then to watch the honest ones get shot down every time.... it rips your heart out!

My heart goes out to the rescuers at the Utah mine collapse
Not only the rescuers but the families and the miners themselves, although i am who i am doesn't mean that i can't feel these people need spiritual help from where ever they can get it.We the people of Australia had it happen to us
when Todd Russel and his mate were trapped 1 mile under ground, and had a 4x4x3 foot cage to eat sleep and do boderly functions in until they were rescued,so folks how about we drop the guise for a moment and give these guys
a minutes silence.

My heart goes out to the helpless people, like children and the elderly. I've worked with troubled kids from low-income families, and I've done visitations to the elderly who are either homebound or in nursing homes. It bothers me when kids come into the world at a disadvantage, and it bothers me when the elderly are tossed aside when they cease being "productive," whatever that means.

I truly thank the Lord that we can have such a heart for others. One that has not grown insensitive to the deep need of others. Its very hard to narrow it down to one group brother, but I must say that apart from shepherding other mothers and wives like myself the Lord has truly put in my heart to serve with young people. As such, with a few others, I serve at camps and trainings in the word for young people. Locally at my own church i serve with the Junior High and Senior High brothers and sisters. Praise the Lord for what He is able to do, this Sunday 8 will take the next step of Baptism to Declare that they are FOR CHRIST JESUS!! Hallelujah!!!!!

May the Lord continue to move and work among all of us as we give of ourselves for others. And may we all keep the children of this world in our fervent prayer before the throne of Grace!

Praise His Name forever

My heart goes out to all the abused wives and children that don't know they can or how to get out of their situation. When there is no hope...it is just plain hard to live. And...how do you find them or reach them when you do see them? It is so discouraging sometimes to see foster kids sent back to their abusive homes....or see a wife go back to her abusive husband. And yet, I can understand how that can happen.... it just breaks my heart for people though.

The developmentally disabled adult population. They are so dependent on society and the government for their daily needs. Usually their family abandons them, especially the older ones.

The people in Asia and Africa that have never heard the Gospel... they don't even get to choose if they want to accept Christ or reject him, because they've never heard of him!
