Dog health, dry nose, older dog, whY ? read below please?

My 12 yr old shistzu who seems to have a very healthy body except for losing sight and deaf and going into dementia, but she has a dry nose and seems to be more disoriented. I have very little money, so I thought I'd come here first. She is eating and drinking and running in the park ?

I did take her to the vet and the nose was not an issue, but she had lost some weight and the vet told me what to watch for, so now everyone is better and just knowing what to watch for is great !! thanks for the one answer. WEndy

it think taking her to the vet is the only option. Whether you like it or not, she's getting older. fortunately, not old enough to be put down. but older enough that she should start settling down and get her nose examined because she might be really sick.
